IBC Application Forms are available both online and in PDF file. Please note that an executed copy of the application form along with all other requirements must be faxed, mailed or scanned and emailed to complete the application process.
Requirements for Establishment of an Anguilla IBC
A) Forms:
- Anguilla IBC Application Form (Complete, Print & Mail/Fax or scan and email)
- Declaration Form for Director
- Declaration Form for Director and Shareholder (If Same)
- Declaration Form for Beneficial Owner
- Accounting Records Declaration
B) Due Diligence Requirements
Each director, shareholder and beneficial owner must submit to ICS the below-listed due diligence documents in original or duly certified by a notary public:
- legible passport copy and
- secondary form of ID which may be a national ID card/ driver’s license,
- Proof of address (utility bill)
- Business plan: which should include purpose of the company, details of intended activity and estimated annual revenue.
- Bank Reference (which includes client address as this will allow for verification of proof of address)
- Resumé (as this can be used to determine source of wealth)
- Beneficial Owner’s Declaration
